Hes3 and Hes5 double knockout mice. The Hes3 gene was disrupted by a lac-neo cassette. The Hes5 gene was disrupted by IRES-nls-lacZ expression cassette.
Hes3およびHes5遺伝子のダブルノックアウトマウス。Hes3遺伝子はlacZ-neoカセットにより破壊、Hes5遺伝子がIRES-核移行LacZとPuromycine耐性遺伝子により破壊されている。ヘテロで維持する場合は、両遺伝子が同じ姉妹染色体に乗っている事を確認する必要がある。
